Ms. Elkin Alfred is the lead Group Victory Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) Associate. In this capacity, Ms. Alfred is available to provide programs and organizations with training, technical assistance, and coaching focused on DEI, assessment, policy development, action planning, change management, and process improvement. She possesses extensive experience in human services and education, particularly associated with unconscious bias and equity, and is passionate about DEI practice integration and working to create programs and systems that operate through the DEI lens. She supports a workplace culture that increases employee engagement and drives innovation. Ms. Alfred has worked with health (medical and behavioral), law enforcement, educational institutions, university systems, and the business community in the DEI space. She produced a documentary titled Faded Conversation: Bringing Black Mental Health to the Forefront. With a Lean Six Sigma certification and as an excellent communicator and skilled influencer, Ms. Alfred is well-positioned to facilitate DEI strategies centered on people, processes, results, and success. Ms. Alfred, a bachelor of science psychology graduate, is a national speaker and collaborator as well as an insightful and creative leader.
