Dr. Stephen Ferrante is a Principal Partner of the Group Victory strategy and organization developing consulting firm. Dr. Ferrante has dedicated his 37 year professional career to working in human services with various populations across the lifespan in clinical, supervisory, and administrative capacities. His work includes strategic and business planning, advocacy and policy practice, grant acquisition and program development, systems of care design and capacity building, operations and implementation, training and evaluation.

Mr. Chris Cannon is a Group Victory Principal Partner who recently retired from the U.S. Marine Corps after serving for more than 20 years as a Logistics Officer. During his career, Mr. Cannon held a variety of positions in California, Japan, and Washington D.C., completing numerous deployments to Iraq from 2003 to 2007.

Ms. Elkin Alfred is the lead Group Victory Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) Associate. In this capacity, Ms. Alfred is available to provide programs and organizations with training, technical assistance, and coaching focused on DEI, assessment, policy development, action planning, change management, and process improvement.

Dr. Krista Kutash is a Group Victory Research Associate available to support research projects and program evaluation. Dr. Kutash is nationally known for her expertise in community-applied research methodology and her application of these methods to researching publicly funded services including in children's behavioral health, school-based mental health, and parent support program.

Mr. Kristoffer Doura is the lead Group Victory Finance Associate. A former professional NFL football player who transitioned out of the game and into financial services, Mr. Doura is a certified and registered financial specialist. Mr. Doura is available to provide programs and organizations with technical assistance focused on financing assessment, action planning, and budgetary solutions.

Ms. Jennifer Pimentel is a Group Victory Associate who possesses expertise in managing competitive procurements and community partnerships, fiscal operations and impact analysis, small business grant programming and accreditation, disaster management and emergency relief, and legislative matters and systems change.
